Description
I created this oil painting from a larger oil painting that I painted earlier because I wanted to focus on the field of beautiful flowers with the stream flowing close by.
This painting reminds me of the many fields of wildflowers that I enjoyed walking through as a child. I remember smelling their delicate perfume and picking many armfuls of wildflowers to take home as a gift for my mom. I always felt so sad when many of the flowers wilted on the way home before, but overjoyed when they came back to life again the next day after they had been place in a vase of cool water!♥
