Description
This watercolor is a digitally altered and cropped version of the original watercolor "The Aroma of Grace". I used Photoshop to change the colors of the flowers and darken the background so that the beautiful faces of these irises would seem to glow and shine brighter because of the darkness behind them.
It's the same way in the spiritual realm. God's kingdom of Light co-exists with the kingdom of darkness, but the darkness will not overcome it. So even when darkness at times seems to overcome us let's remember that light will ultimately dispel all darkness. The aroma of grace will always overcome the darkness around it because darkness cannot remain in the presence of Light.♥
